Notary Services
MSS provides notary services as a commissioned Texas notary public. MSS is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. A notary cannot select documents, choose a notarial certificate, explain legal consequences, or determine whether a document will accomplish a particular legal purpose. Notarization does not make a document legal, accurate, or enforceable.
Appointments
All appointments are scheduled in advance. MSS does not accept walk-ins. Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed. Mobile service is subject to travel availability.
Identification & Requirements
Valid, acceptable identification is required for every notarization. All required signers must appear in person (or online, where eligible). Notarization cannot proceed if a signer cannot communicate or appears unwilling.
Pricing & Deposits
Pricing varies by service type, location, and requirements. Deposits may apply to secure appointments; deposit refundability is governed by our Cancellation, Deposit, and Refund Policy.
